Refund Policy

Effective: January 2026 Action-Based Refund

We stand behind the quality of our product. Our refund policy rewards genuine effort — if you do the work and the material doesn't deliver, we'll make it right. We do not offer refunds to those who haven't engaged with the material.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. No exceptions after this window.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, every one of the following must be true:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date
  • You have completed every task, exercise, and action step outlined in the product
  • You provide clear, documented proof of having executed all tasks — screenshots, records, written summaries, or other verifiable evidence
  • Despite following the material in good faith, you did not achieve the outcomes the product is designed to help you achieve

How to Request a Refund

    Email with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"

    Include your full name, the purchase email, the order date, and the order ID.
  3. 3
    Attach documented proof of completing all tasks — screenshots, notes, photos, or written summaries of the work you've done.

    Briefly describe what you attempted and why it didn't work. The more specific you are, the faster we can help.

We will respond to your request within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Requests will not be approved in any of the following cases:

  • The request was submitted after the 14-day window
  • Tasks were not completed, or the proof submitted is insufficient or unverifiable
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the product
  • Device or software incompatibility (the product is a PDF — universally supported)
  • Partial completion of the e-book or skipping steps within the system
  • The product was shared, redistributed, or used in any way that violates our Terms of Service
Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria above, or where abuse of this policy is suspected.
